What is health & well-being coaching?

Think of your health coach like a personal trainer, but with a focus on your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Any topic related to your well-being is fair game: getting better sleep, starting an exercise program, eating healthier, quitting smoking, practicing mindfulness, decluttering your home…

As your coach, I will guide you through a proven process to maximize your chance of success. Together we will:

  1. Use tools like the Wheel of Health to identify imbalances and opportunities for change.

  2. Discuss your goals and develop your vision for optimal health.

  3. Choose a course of action that aligns with your values and lifestyle.

  4. Create sustainable action steps—small changes that will lead to lasting results.

  5. Track your progress and create backup plans to help you stay on track. 

Coaching sessions occur on a weekly or every-other-week basis. You’ll feel empowered by how much you can accomplish in a six-session series!
